These are the terms and conditions which apply to all tours offered:
- For tour reservation purposes, a deposit amounting to up to 30% of the total tour price must be received. If the minimum number of participants for the tour is not reached by 4 weeks prior to the departure date, the deposit will be refunded.
- By making a booking, clients agree that they do not suffer from any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that could hinder their (or others) active participation in the tour (if any person suffers from any medical condition or disability which will or may affect their tour arrangements, please contact us before making your booking to discuss your requirements). On average, on the tours we will walk between 3 and 13 kilometers per day, divided into 2 to 3 walks at a moderate pace of 2.5 to 3 km/h. Eastern Poland (excluding Bieszczady Mountains!) is generally flat, so elevation changes are not an issue. Most of our walks will be along well-maintained trails, but there may be brief sections off-trail on uneven terrain, where you could get muddy.
- All participants are required to have valid insurance coverage prior to commencing the tour. The insurance must fully cover medical expenses, injuries, death, repatriation, and helicopter air evacuation if necessary due to illness or injury.
- If you cancel your booking, the cancellation charges are as follows:
- Prior to 3 weeks before date of departure – loss of deposit
- Between 3 to 2 weeks before date of departure – up to 50% total tour cost
- Between 2 to 1 week before date of departure – up to 75% total tour cost
- Less than a week before date of departure – up to 100% total tour cost
- If we cancel the booking, we will refund all payments. Such cancellations will be issued not later than 4 weeks before the start of the tour.
